QuickBooks® with Business Online Banking

As a Business Online Banking customer, you can use Web Connect to download your banking transactions into QuickBooks® and manage your finances offline. Adding the Direct Connect service allows you to perform all your Online Banking tasks — including payments and transfers — directly in QuickBooks®.

Integration

There are two ways QuickBooks® interacts with your Business Online Banking account:

Web Connect

  • Download transactions manually from your Business Online Banking account and import them into QuickBooks®.
  • No monthly access fees

Direct Connect

  • QuickBooks® will log in to your Business Online Banking to download transactions securely and automatically in a single download.
  • No monthly access fees

Your enrollment in Business Online Banking includes these QuickBooks® features:

Web Connect

  • Automatic transaction and balance updates when you sign into Business Online Banking through QuickBooks®.
  • No manual entry – Once you are set up, you can download all your transactions right into QuickBooks®; instead of manually inputting them.
  • Easier to use – Web Connect files will be automatically opened by QuickBooks® directly from your Business Online Banking, eliminating the need for you to search for downloaded files.
  • Automatic account setup – Initiate a download to QuickBooks® from Business Online Banking. It will automatically set up your account for you with your most updated data.

Direct Connect

  • Work directly in QuickBooks® desktop to conduct Online Banking tasks.
  • With Direct Connect, the Personal Financial Management (PFM) will automatically import transactions from Online Banking.
    You can pay bills and make transfers through your software instead of using bill pay and transfers.
